Tour the Beauvoir Property
Your visit to Beauvoir will include a tour led by a trained guide through Beauvoir’s beautiful mansion commissioned by James Brown in 1848. Your ticket also includes access to the Jefferson Davis Presidential Library, Beauvoir Museum, Beauvoir Memorial Cemetery, Oyster Bayou, Mrs. Varina's Garden, and historical cottages. Don’t forget to visit our gift-shop for unique gifts and collectibles. The Beauvoir Property is handicap accessible.
We prefer that tickets be purchased upon arrival in the Beauvoir Gift Shop.

The Mansion Tour runs on the hour, every hour, starting at 10 am and the last tour of the day is at 4 pm.

Our exclusive, customized Presidential Tours are a unique way to see the 60 acres and some special behind-the-scenes places! Each tour runs approximately 2 hours. One of our Beauvoir experts will chauffeur, on one of our golf carts, you and your group throughout our historic property and show you all the points of interest, including some tidbits unavailable in our regular tours! Our Presidential Tours are scheduled starting at 9am 7 days a week.(Summer tours should be scheduled in the morning due to extreme afternoon heat.)
